Miss Mia is sick

I spent my entire Saturday afternoon sitting on my butt watching TV....which is nice except that I did it with my intermittently crying and sleeping baby in my arms. Woke up this morning still with fever so we braved the Monday morning rush at the "kids" clinic at the doctors office to discover my baby has pneumonia. Apparently it isn't that bad, since she's not coughing at all and is in decent spirits....much better than Saturday that's for sure. I was there for what seemed like hours while they poked prodded and otherwise tortured my kid. I'm glad to know she'll be OK, we've started antibiotics and are going back in tomorrow morning to recheck her white cell count.
